In order to get the Little Gray emblem, you need all 69 weapons. Unless you put some passwords to unlock the weapons, you must get Big Boss first in order to unlock the last four weapons. So you need to play the game one more time for that emblem. You must start your game on a brand new save data created after the patch. Your first playthrough should be the one where you should get off the most time-consuming part of the game.
