Where is places.sqlite location

The Places database is in the places. If the file was replaced due to corruption, use the places. Create a backup copy of the file, named places.

Use the SQLite shell to open the database file sqlite3 places. The rows are dumped from the table following the order of this ID. The area where the database is damaged is likely to be a small block of rows in this table; the idea here is to skip this damaged area and recover as much data as possible.

The start area of such a block is represented in the dump as the row before the ERROR comment appears. Using the ID for this row, we can determine where the database is damaged.

You can even add new folders to the Favorites menu without opening internet explorer. I didn't ask anyone here where the backup of Firefox bookmarks are. These are the two locations. Long before I posted on here. But neither or are of help to me. And so i will upload pics to show you exactly what i am talking about. There doesn't seem to be such a folder for Firefox. That was all i wanted to know and none of you gave me the right answer and no I'm not rude.

I am direct. Thanks for all your help and info. I did not know this is how IE stored favourites, but it would make sense, since it is very deeply connected to windows ,it's just a integral part of the operating system, so the favourites work probably on a similar principle as the libraries.

But mozilla is not a part of windows.
